  • Payment terms (including due dates and methods) will be specified in your engagement documentation.
  • Non‑payment may result in suspension or termination of service until outstanding amounts are paid.

6. Your Responsibilities

To enable us to provide services accurately and promptly, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information as requested.
  • Respond to enquiries and requests for documents in a timely manner.
  • Cooperate with Us to enable effective provision of Services.

Failure to fulfil these responsibilities may delay your matter and could incur extra fees.

7. Professional Standards & Licensing

Our conveyancers hold valid licences as required by NSW Fair Trading and comply with rules of professional conduct. They must also maintain professional indemnity insurance.

While we aim to provide accurate legal support, certain complex matters might require referral to a qualified solicitor.

8. Limitations of Liability
